Hunter Tedman - Black Moon Farm - Geisha Honey - Legends
Sourcing note
Black Moon Farm is Hunter Tedman's personal project. This agricultural engineer has incorporated all the knowledge he has accumulated from managing the three farms at La Hacienda Barbara into his project, creating a model of regenerative agriculture adapted to coffee and the climate of the Boquete highlands. Black Moon quickly made a name for itself, coming second in the Best of Panama competition in 2023 and winning the following year with its Chiroso variety. Planted exclusively with Geisha and Chiroso varieties, Black Moon is now recognized by leading competitors and lovers of fine coffees. It is also a structured and documented example of good agricultural practices in the production of competition-grade coffees. A Geisha of great purity.
