Just one hectare is planted with Geisha, on the most beautiful plot of the farm, shaded by avocado, mango, orange, and many other endemic canopy trees. These Geisha trees are the treasure of Finca Altos de Bijao, and receive special attention in the fields and during processing, which is necessary to create cups that generate emotion.
Tasting note
On the nose, the sweetness of honey and caramel.
In the cup, the gentle citrus acidity is reminiscent of white peach. The texture is enveloping and rich, like warm honey.
