As always, this selection is the fruit of the encounter between a terroir, a committed producer and an unforgettable taste, which we are privileged to present to you here.
Sourcing note
This year, we're changing regions for our Bourbon Project. It was meeting Oscar Daza, a producer committed to preserving biodiversity, and the quality of his coffees, that convinced us to explore another Colombian terroir. A beautiful pink bourbon, certified organic.
