Description
Collection composed of 4 packages of coffee beans or ground (250g), from the forest.
Yeti Village Moka organic 85+ Ethiopia:
- A slightly floral and quite spicy nose.
- In mouth, a velvety body which announces the greediness. Notes of Tonka beans, honey, cane sugar, milk chocolate, held by a subtle acidity and light notes of exotic fruits. A perfectly balanced cup with an absolute gourmandise.
KSF Limmu Echemo - Washed Heirloom, 85+, Ethiopia:
- On the nose: notes of flowers, fruits and chocolate.
- On the palate : A silky body, the floral dimension persists and is completed by notes of peach, apricot and lemon. A pure and fine finish that lingers in the mouth. A great cup, airy and fruity.
Guji Highland - Heirloom Natural Organic, 88+ Ethiopia:
- On the nose: regressive with notes of wild strawberries and sweet spices.
- In mouth: The cup is both round and complex with notes of cardamom, Earl Grey, brown sugar, bergamot and apricot. The body is dense and silky and the finish is a final harmonious reminder of strawberry.
Dukale Alo Red Honey Process, 88+, Ethiopie :

Nose: bewitching with notes of wild berries and jasmine.

In the mouth:The acidity is elegant with notes of bergamot and stewed blueberry, supported by the sweetness of brown sugar, tonka bean and black tea. Cardamom and jasmine bring depth and complexity throughout the cup.
The body is dense, fine, smooth and the persistence reveals notes of acacia honey and butter.
