Tasting note

Nose: enveloping aromas reminiscent of apricot, maspin and green tea

On the palate: the cup is complex, oscillating between florality and sweetness. Notes of apricot are followed by a resinous dimension reminiscent of rosemary. The finish is soft, carried by lactic acidity and a mellow body.
