For the first time in France, Terres de Café, a pioneer in specialty coffees, is offering infused coffee leaves and cascara as an alternative to coffee.
What is Cascara ?
Cascara is the Spanish name given to all the components of the coffee cherry (the skin and the pulp). In other words, it is the fruit of the coffee tree, from which the stone has been removed and which, after fermentation and roasting, becomes a coffee bean ready to be ground.
