Sourcing note
The Marcala region, south-west of La Paz, is renowned for the exceptional quality of its coffees, which are probably the best in Honduras. Most of the coffee grown here today is of the Typica variety, which has adapted particularly well to the climate and altitude.

Marcala Ceiba is an organically grown Honduran coffee with character, but which remains very consensual.
We appreciate the meticulous work of this cooperative, a historic player in organic coffee growing.
TASTING NOTE : On the nose, notes of white flowers and peach. On the palate, a smooth body, balance and a dark chocolate finish. A lively, well-balanced coffee.
